Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders are handcrafted and carefully packaged before shipping. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Dang Collection piece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn, unaltered items within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return:
- Email us at hello@dangcollection.com with your order number.
- We'll send you a return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Custom orders and final sale items cannot be returned.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@dangcollection.com with photos and we'll make it right immediately.
